What Is Invisalign®?
Invisalign is a clear aligner system that straightens teeth with a series of custom-made, transparent trays. Each tray is shaped from a digital scan of your teeth and moves them a small amount at a time. Every couple of weeks you switch to the next tray, and your teeth gradually shift toward their planned positions.
Because the aligners are smooth, clear and removable, you can eat what you like, brush and floss as usual and smile without metal brackets or wires. Most cases take 6 to 18 months.
